Any brand This is my favourite brand! I love the quality and unique technologies. The Ester-C form is a godsend for individuals with gastrointestinal problems. I have hyperacidity and Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease. This form is well tolerated and does not cause heartburn like others. I take 1 capsule daily for preventative purposes and 2 capsules (1000 mg) for initial cold symptoms alongside monolaurin. All symptoms resolve quickly!

Significantly reduced symptoms
This is the best form of vitamin C for me. I had terrible issues with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease and acid reflux while using ascorbic acid, not realising it exacerbated my symptoms. Since switching to this Ester-C, my coughing and throat discomfort have greatly diminished. Plus, it's Solgar and kosher, making it the best choice!
